Toshiba announced the launch of SDHC UHS-I and microSDHC UHS-I memory cards at the IFA 2010 in Berlin. The SDHC UHS-I comes in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB while the microSDHC UHS-I is available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities. All of them are compliant with the SD Memory Card Standard Ver. 3.0 (SD 3.0), UHS (Ultra High Speed) 104, offering world’s data read and write speeds.
Toshiba’s new SDHC SDHC UHS-I offering up to 95MB/s read and 80MB/s write speeds and the microSDHC UHS-I has 40MB/s read and 20MB/s write. Toshiba will start mass production of these ultra high speed memory cards in November and December 2010.
