Super Talent announced two new lines of SSDs, the DuraDrive ET2 and DuraDrive ZT2 for industrial applications. The 2.5-inch ET2 uses PATA IDE interface while the smaller 1.8-inch ZT2 uses ZIF connector.
Both DuraDrives are available in SLC and MLC version and in capacities ranging from 16GB to 256GB. They can reach speeds of 125MB/sec sequential read and 110MB/sec sequential write. The ET2 and ZT2 both support ECC/EDC, bad bit management firmware and patented wear leveling technology for “extreme reliability and endurance”; and the Secure Erase features required for many Military and Industrial applications.
