Buffalo announced the new SHD-NHPU2 series solid state drive that uses the PSATA interface. Based on MLC NAND flash, the SHD-NHPU2 has 64MB cache memory and includes USB 2.0 connector as well.
The 2.5-inch Buffalo SHD-NHPU2 is available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capcities and is available now.
