NEC announced the entry-level E461 and E551 affordable professional LCD displays, offering users with a cost-effective solution for retail stores, waiting rooms and conference rooms.

The 46-inch E461 and 55-inch E551 both feature 1920x1080p Full HD resolution,up to 5000:1 contrast ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, built-in ATSC/NTSC/QAM analog/digital tuner, built-in uilt-in closed captioning and integrated CONEQ Sound technology, which allows users to set and correct acoustical sound output. A swivel stand, which is detachable for wall mount applications, in also included.
NEC’s new E-series professional displays provides four HDMI inputs, D-sub, composite and S-video inputs and comes with built-in low-profile 12W stereo speakers. The E461 and E551 will be available in August for $999 and $1,499, respectively.
