Asus officially introduces in the Middle East the new Eee PC 1215N multimedia netbook, which has been mentioned here and here, with dual core Atom and ION 2 graphics. Designed for multimedia, the 1215N comes with a 12-inch 1366×768 HD widescreen display and embedded hardware decoders for decoding H.264, VC1 and MPEG2 file formats.
Boosted by the Intel Atom D525 dual core processor, the Eee PC 1215N is equipped with NVIDIA ION 2 graphics processor with NVIDIA Optimus technology for auto switching between integrated GMA graphics and ION 2. The netbook packs 320GB/500GB hard drive and multi-in-one card reader.
This new Eee PC sports the latest USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0 technologies, in addition to WiFi 802.11b/g/n and HDMI. You can also find a webcam.
