Apple updates its Mac mini computer introducing an all-new design that makes the mini even more compact. This new Mac mini has a sleek aluminum unibody enclosure that is just 1.4-inch thick. The unibody construction was originally developed for Apple’s MacBook Pro. It’s created using computer numerical control, or CNC, machines.

The Mac mini is powered by 2.4GHz or 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM (max 8GB), NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics chip and 320GB/500GB hard drive. At such as compact size, the device still packs a 8x slot-loading DVD burner. It supports Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and WiFi 802.11n and offers HDMI output, Mini DisplayPort. There are one FireWire 800 port, four USB 2.0 ports, a SD card slot.
