Super Talent announced its new TeraDrive CT series 2.5-inch solid state drive that uses the SandForce 1222 SSD processor for stable and outstanding performance. Built with MLC NAND flash, the TeraDrive CT uses SATA II 3Gbps interface and offers up to 285MB/s write and 275MB/s read speeds.
The Super Talent TeraDrive CT is available in 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities. It features the “RAISE technology for enhanced reliability and DuraWrite technology for significantly increased endurance, state-of-the-art wear leveling, bad block management” Also included are Garbage Collection and TRIM support.
