Encipher, a company based in Nigeria, is planning a Android-based tablet devices. The device is not really impressive as its gets just a 400MHz processor and runs Android 1.6. It has a 7-inch 800×400 touchscreen, 16GB storage, 512MB RAM and supports WiFi 802.11b/g. There are USB connector that allows users to add USB 3G modem; HDMI output and 3.5mm audio jack.
