G.Skill introduces its latest SSD, the 2.5-inch Phoenix equipped with the SandForce SF-1200 controller for performance, quality and reliability. The Phoenix SSD is available in 50GB (FM-25S2S-50GBP1), 100GB (FM-25S2S-100GBP1)and 200GB capacities. It is based on MLC NAND flash memory and uses SATA II interface, and offers 280MB/s read and 270MB/s write speeds.
