It looks like Dell is preparing a 7-inch tablet device called Looking Glass, which is in fact a bigger version of the Streak Mini 5. Powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 chipset, the Looking Glass gets 4GB of DDR2 RAM, 4GB of NAND flash memory and runs Android 2.1.
Dell’s Looking Glass has a 7-inch 800×480 touchscreen and supports Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS, WiFi 802.11b/g/n as well as optional 3G/HSPA connectivity. It comes with also a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and optional ATSC/DVB-T digital TV tuner. It is expected to be released in November 2010.
