Patriot Memory launches the new Zephyr Series 2.5-inch MLC-based solid state drive. This new 2.5-inch SSD uses JMicron 612 controller, SATA I/II inteface and comes with 64MB cache memory. It supports RAID 0, 1, 0+1 configurations.
The Zephyr Series is available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities and offers 240MB/s read speed and up to 180MB/s write speed. It includes also native support for the TRIM command in Microsoft Windows 7. The Patriot Zephyr Series is now available starting at $184.80.
