Asus launches in the US market its U30Jc series notebook PC powered by Intel’s Core processor technology and NVIDIA’s Optimus graphics switching technology. Powered by an Intel Core i3-350 2.26GHz processor, the U30Jc packs 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 320GB hard drive and a 320GB hard drive.
Asus U30Jc is equipped with NVIDIA Optimus technology for automatically switch between the onboard Intel HD graphics and the dedicated NVIDIA GeForce 310M graphics card with 512MB RAM. It has a 13.3-inch 1366×768 LED-backlit display and offers VGA and HDMI output. The U30Jc comes with also DVD burner, chiclet keyboard, Altec Lansing speakers, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, 0.3 Megapixel webcam, and a 8-cell battery for up to 9.5 hours of runtime.
The notebook is priced at $899.
