OCZ announced the new Vertex 2 and Agility 2 series solid state drives. These 2.5-inch MLC-based SSDs use SATA II interface and are available in 50GB, 100GB, 200GB capacities.
The Vertex 2 features 4KB random writes up to 50,000 IOPS and transfer rates up to 285MB/s read and 275MB/s write. The Agility 2 is more affordable and offers the same transfer rate and 4KB random writes up to 10,000 IOPS. Both of them support Windows 7 TRIM command.
