Oregon Scientific launches the Helios Solar Weather Station (model BAR806A). The Helios can show your indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity, weather forecasts for the next 12+ hours and features Atomic Clock function automatically sets and adjusts for Daylight Savings Time.
This solar weather station has solar panel for drawing ambient light to power the unit. It offers the Ice Alert function that will blink the LED light when outdoor temperature nears icy conditions. It gets a display with backlight.
The Oregon Scientific Helios comes with THGN132 wireless sensor. It requires three AA batteries to operate. The price is $54.99.
