OCZ Technology announced the new Onyx Series 2.5-inch solid state drive based on MLC NAND flash. Available in 32GB, the Onyx features 64MB of onboard cache, SATA II interface, up to 125MB/s read speed and up to 70MB/s write speed.
OCZ’s Onyx has an excellent 1.5 million hour mean time between failure (MTBF) and supports Windows 7 TRIM command.
