Mach Xtreme Technology (MX-Technology), a Taiwan-based company, introduces the MX-DS series 2.5-inch solid state drive. Based on MLC NAND flash memory, the MX-DS uses SandForce SF1222 controller and SATA II interface.
The MX-DS series offers up to 250MB/s read and 230MB/s write speeds. It comes in 50GB (MXSSD2MDS-50G), 100GB (MXSSD2MDS-100G), 200GB (MXSSD2MDS-200G) and 400GB (MXSSD2MDS-400G) capacities.
