TEAM Group from Taiwan presents at the CeBit 2010 its Xtreem-S1 series SSD, joining the Xtreem-G1.The new S1 series is equipped with Sandforce processor and uses MLC NAND flash memory.
Available in 60GB, 120GB and 250GB capacities, the Xtreem-S1 utilizes the SATA II 3Gb/s interface. It offers a reading speed of 270MB/sec and a writing speed of 260MB/s and supports AES-128 encryption technology and Windows 7 TRIM.
