Corsair ships its Reactor series and Nova series solid state drives. Both 2.5-inch SSDs are based on MLC NAND flash memory and use SATA II interface. The former includes USB 2.0 external interface as well. They both include full support for Windows 7 TRIM.
The Reactor series utilizes JMicron JMF612 controller and 128MB cache memory. It is available in 60GB and 120GB capacities, which offer 110MB/s and 170MB/s write speeds respectively. They have 250MB/s read speed.
On the other hand, Corsair’s Nova series uses Indilinx Barefoot controller with 64MB of cache memory and comes in 64GB and 128GB densities. The former offers 270MB/s read and 190MB/s write while the latter has 270MB/s read and 130MB/s write.
