Philips is planning an Android-based portable media player called the GoGear Connect. As a smart PMP, the device supports Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity as well as GPS. It has a screen of about 3-inch and 8-32GB internal memory.
The GoGear Connect features a trackball for easy navigation. It runs Android 2.1 with support for DivX and XviD formats.
