Kingston announced its second generation SSDNow V series SSD offering higher performance thans its predecessor. Available in 30GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities, the new gen of SSDNow V series supports Windows 7 TRIM functionality enabling SSD to maintain optimal performance throughout its lifespan.
The 2.5-inch SSD offers up to 200MB/s read speed and 160MB/s write speeds. It is available as stand-alone drive or as notebook or desktop bundles. The notebook bundle comes with a 2.5-inch USB SATA enclosure while the desktop bundle includes a 3.5-inch mounting brackets and SATA data and power cable extenders. All versions get the Acronis True Image cloning software.
