Sanyo introduces three new HD camcorders, the Xacti VPC-GH2 with horizontal form factor and the VPC-CG102, VPC-CG20 with vertical form factor. These Xacti camcorders all feature Full HD 1080 60i video recording and 14 Megapixel still image capturing.
The VPC-GH2 and VPC-CG102 are nearly identical, except for their form factor. They both have a 38mm wide angle lensw ith 5x optical zoom and features the double-range zoom offering up to 12x double-range zoom. The VPC-CG20 is the same as the VPC-CG102 but lacks double-range zoom.
All three camcorders include Face Chaser and Target a Color function and mini HDMI output. They record in MPEG4, AVC/H.264 format, which is optimized for instantly sharing on social networking sites like YouTube, Facebook, and others. The Xacti VPC-GH2 comes in silver and and the CG102 in black, both are priced at $229. The $199 VPC-CG20 is available in silver and black.
