FujiFilm introduces the FinePix HS10 (aka HS11), a new advanced long-zoom digital camera designed to offer performance of a DSLR system without the bulk or expense. The HS10 features a 10.3 Megapixel Back Side Illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor and a 24mm wide angle lens with 30x optical zoom.
The BSI-CMOS sensor of the HS10 offers higher sensitivity and lower noise at the same time allows 10fps high-speed continous shooting. The camera offers sensor-shift and multi-frame digital image stabilization and advanced shooting modes, including Motion Panorama Mode, Motion Remover Mode and Multi-Motion Capture Mode as well as the SR Auto mode.
FujiFilm’s FinePix HS10 has an ISO sensitivity up to 6400 and Face Detection. It records video at 1920x1080p Full HD resolution and offers HDMI output. There is a 3-inch LCD display. The HS10 will be available in April 2010 for $499.95.
