Cardo Systems introduces the scala rider G4, a bike-to-bike Bluetooth headset that allows four riders (two drivers and two passengers), three riders (three separate bikers) or two riders (rider-to-rider or rider-to-passenger), to conduct intercom conversations at distances of up to one mile.
The scala rider G4 can be paired with any Bluetooth device such as cellphone, music player and GPS units. It even connects with non-Bluetooth MP3 players, GPS units via its embedded jack. It features noise canceling microphone, support for A2DP stereo music, built-in FM tuner, voice activation and the PLC Technology to improve audio quality in dense urban surroundings.
The G4 has a weather-resistant design and fits all ¾ and full-face helmets. It is priced at $279.95.
