Kingston announced its second generation SSDNow V+ solid state drive with Windows 7 TRIM support and is available in up to 512GB capacity. Based on MLC NAND Flash memory, the 2.5-inch SSDNow V+ offers 230MB/s read and 180MB/s write speeds.
The new SSDNow V+ comes in 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB capacities and uses SATA I/II interface. It is avaialble as stand-alone drive or with a bundle that includes cloning software, 2.5-inch USB enclosure, 2.5-inch to 3.5-inch mounting brackets and SATA data and power cables.
