Super Talent TeraDrive FT2 SSD

Super Talent introduces the new TeraDrive FT2 series Solid State Drive (SSD) designed for high end enterprise and database server applications. The new 2.5-inch TeraDrive is based on the new SandForce SF-1500 SSD processor and uses SATA 3Gbps interface.

SLC version comes in 50GB and 100GB capacities and the MLC version adds 200GB model. The FT2 features RAISE technology for enhanced reliability and DuraWrite technology for significantly increased endurance. It offers up to 250MB/s read and write speeds.
