ViewSonic launches the new MovieBook VPD400 portable media player that is capable of 720p HD video playback. The new MovieBook gets a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with 800×480 resolution, 400:1 contrast ratio and 300cd/m2 brightness, which is ideal for watching HD videos and movies.
ViewSonic’s VPD400 comes with 8GB internal flash memory and supports microSD memory cards. It can handle most media formats, including RM/RMVB, H.264/H.263. The built-in 1800mAH Li-Ion battery offers up to 12 hours of audio playback and 3 hours of HD video playback. The price is $119.99.
