VholdR announced the ContourHD1080p, the world’s first wearable camcorder to capture 1080p Full HD video, which serves as an upgrade to the ContourHD. The new ContourHD1080p feautres a 5 Megapixel image sensor and is capable of recording 1920x1080p Full HD video at 30fps in H.264 format.
Like the original ContourHD, the new 1080p helmet camcorder has a wide angle lens, Dual Laser Alignment, an anodized aluminum body that withstands dust, dirt, mud, and snow and one button control. The device is also water resistant.
VholdR ContourHD1080p supports microSD/SDHC cards up to 16GB. It is compatible with the TRail Mounts, that allows you to “slide and lock” the ContourHD1080p wearable camcorder onto a series of mounts for your goggles, helmet, handlebars, vehicle, or anywhere else you can think of. It will come with the Easy Edit software for camcorder configuration.
