TEAM Group introduces the Xtreem-G1 (S25AG1) and Xtreem R-Type (S25AR1) solid state drives. Both series are available in 60GB, 120GB and 250GB capacities and utilize SATA II interface.
The Xtreem G1 comes with 64MB cache memory and offers up to 260MB/s read and 180MB/s write speeds. The Xtreem R-Type, on the other hand, gets a built-in RAID controller and provides a read speed up to 240MB/s and write speed up to 170MB/s.
