Pioneer introduces two new AV receivers, the SC-LX82 and the SC-LX72, in the Europe market. Both receivers suports lossless Dolby True-HD and DTS-HD Master Audio codecs and are equipped with Direct Energy HD Amplifiers built on ICEpower Class D technology with integrated analogue feedback, to ensure exceptional reproduction of high resolution stereo and multi-channel audio.
Pioneer’s SC-LX82 includes a professional-grade Burr-Brown 192kHz/24-bit sampling rate converter (SRC) for ultra-wide dynamic range and advanced jitter reduction. It has achieved the THX Ultra2 Plus and AIR Studios certifications. On the other hand, the SC-LX72 gets the THX Select2 Certification.
Pionner’s new receivers utilizrs the Burr-Brown analogue to digital converters (ADC) and renowned Wolfson digital to analogue converters (DAC) to maintain high resolution performance. The company’s Advanced Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration (MCACC) also works to upgrade sound playback quality. They are Internet radio-ready and DLNA compliant, and offers a front panel USB port for connecting iPod or iPhone.
