Toshiba announced the launch of its new REGZA SV Series, that is the company’s most advanced and first LED-backlight LCD HDTV to date. The REGZA SV range is available in 46-inch (46SV685DB) and 55-inch (55SV685DB) sizes with a premier version of Toshiba’s new ‘Deep Lagoon’ design theme, which sees the exterior screen sitting flush with the front of the TV frame.
The REGZA SV series features 1920x1080p Full HD resolution, 2,000,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio, MetaBrain Engine, Resolution+ edge-sharpening technology, Active Vision M200HD Pro picture processing technology and 10 bit color processing.
Toshiba’s new LED HDTVs include also the Intelligent AutoView that enhances image quality by measuring room conditions and content in tandem and adjusting the image appropriately. They support Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Volume and DLNA connectivity. There are USB Plus port for JPEG, MP3 and DivX playback and a SD card slot for JPEG image viewing. You can expect four HDMI ports and PC input.
