OCZ Technology unveils the new Solid 2 series SSD that is one of the most affordable Indilinx-based SSD. The Solid 2 series is based on MLC flash memory and is equipped with Indilinx controller providing snappier data access, shorter boot-ups, and longer battery life.
OCZ’s 2.5-inch Solid 2 SSD uses SATA II interface and has 64MB onboard cache. It offers up to 125MB/s read speed and up to 100MB/s write speed. The Solid 2 series is available in 60GB and 120GB capacities.
