Kingston announced the DataTraveler 300, the world’s first 256GB USB flash drive. The DT300 is the highest capacity flash drive on the market. It offers 20MB/s read and 10MB/s write speeds. It supports Windows ReadyBoost on Vista-based system.
The DataTraveler 300 uses USB 2.0 interface. It measures 70.68 mm x 22.37 mm x 16.45 mm. It is available now in the UK and Europe for GBP 565.67 (USD$934).
