OCZ Technology introduces the Vertex Turbo series Solid State Drive (SSD) that comes equipped with 64MB 180MHz Cache memory. Based on MLC flash memory, the 2.50inch Vertex Turbo offers up to 270MB/s read and 210MB/s write speeds. The host clock-speed is also boosted to 180MHz from 166MHz.
The Vertex Turbo series, as enhanced version of the Vertex, is available in 30GB, 60GB, 120GB, and 250GB capacities. The series offers Shock Resistant up to 1500G and RAID support. SATA II interface is used for faster transfer rate.
