Asus officially announced its previously rumored DVD burner-equipped Eee PC 1004DN, the first in the Eee PC line. The 1004DN is powered by an Intel Atom N280 1.66GHz processor, up to 2GB RAM, and up to 120GB hard drive. It sports Intel’s GN40 chipset and integrated GMA 4500M graphics core.
The Eee PC 1004DN has a DVD SuperMulti burner and a Express Card slot. It comes with a 10-inch 1024×600 LCD display, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11n, a 1.3 Megapixel camera and a fingerprint scanner.
