In addition to new Eee PC models, Asus will showcase its new stylish notebooks at the Cebit 2009. These new notebooks include the Asus-Lamborghini VX5, the K-series, the N Series Make-over and the M90Gf with 16GB RAM.
First of all, the Asus Lamborghini VX5, replacing the VX3, is powered by Intel’s Core 2 Quad processor, 4GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M graphics card with 1GB VRAM. It has a Blu-ray combo drive, an illuminated ‘chiclet’ keyboard and a 16-inch Full HD display.
Asus’ new K seires features the Super Hybrid Engine technology for longer battery life. This series has a “internal design with strategically placed heat vents that maintain a low palm rest temperature at an average between 27.7 and 27.6 degrees, even after long hours of use.”
Asus will also present the N Series Make-over that adds the Non-conductive Vacuum Metallization (NCVM) films to the Asus N81, N51, N60 and the N70 series of notebooks.
Finally, the Asus M90Gf is a notebook with up to 16GB of memory, thanks to the NVIDIA MCP79MH chipset.
