Fujitsu Singapore officially announced the U2010 UMPC, replacing the U1010. The U2010 will probably be known as U820 in the US. The Lifebook U2010 is powered by an Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz processor, and up to 60GB hard drive. There is also an option to have 64GB SDD instead of hard drive. U2010 will support WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity. It has a 4.6-inch 1280×800 LCD display with 300nits brightness, an integrated 1.3 Megapixel webcam and a fingerprint scanner.
The Fujitsu LifeBook U2010 will be available in Ocean Black, Pink Gold, Cool Silver, Fuchsia Red and Luminous Blue.
Update:
The laptop is now available in Hong Kong through Hong Kong Polytechnic University Notebook Ownership Program 2008. The price is $7,280 for PolyU students and staff and the original price is HK$10,800.
The Hong Kong version of the U2010 will have GPS with Map King Software.
