Dell is going to release the new Inspiron 13 notebook PC on 3 August for back-to-school shoppers. This Inspiron 13 comes with a 13-inch LCD screen, 8-in-1 media card reader, DVD writer and Bluetooth. The notebook has a price tag starting from $699. It will be available at Wal-Mart first and worldwide later.
