Sony announced the new Bravia S4000 series HDTVs which is available in four sizes, 26-inch, 32-inch, 37-inch and 40-inch.
The first three models are HD ready and do not offer Full HD resolution. They are equipped with Sony’s Bravia Engine and support Breavia Theatre Sync. The 40-inch model offers 1080p Full HD resolution and is powered by Bravia Engine 2. It suports Bravia sync and 24p True Cinema.
All the four models come with integrated DVB-C, DVB-T TV tuner, 3 HDMI inputs and 30,000:1 or 22,000:1(37-inch) contrast ratio.
The S4000 series delivers pristine, detail-packed images with any HD source, including Blu-ray Disc players, PLAYSTATION or Handycam HD camcorders by Sony. There’s also an integrated DVB-C/DVB-T tuner1 for enjoying standard definition TV broadcasts.
