Everex debuts in at CTIA 2008 the Cloudbook MAX, which is an update to the Cloudbook, that supports WiMax connectivity. Everex Cloudbook MAX is powered by a VIA C7-M 1.6GHz processor and VIA VX800 chipset for DirectX 9 support and video codec acceleration. It will come with integrated support for Sprint’s XOHM WiMAX network.
You can also expect 2GB of RAM and an 80GB hard drive. Other features include integrated GPS navigation, a 2 Megapixel camera, WiFi 802.11b/g support, and a 8.9-inch LCD display. The laptop is expected to be available in Q1-Q2 2009.
