Toshiba offers in Japan the Satellite T31 notebook PC that comes with both Windows XP and Windows Vista Recovery DVDs. Toshiba Satellite T31 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 2GHz processor or a Celeron 540 1.86Ghz processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB hard drive and a DVD burner. It has a 15.4-inch LCD display, WiFi and a FireWire port.
