This is the Creative Xdock Wireless, “an iPod Wireless X-Fi Music Distribution System”. The XDock works with iPod photo, iPod with video, iPod mini and iPod Nano and it can play music up to “up to 100 feet away without requiring a wireless network, via Creative X-Fi Wireless Receivers”.
