I went to the the ITU Telecom World 2006, and found that NEC is showing its Personal Robot, the PaPeRo. The NEC Papero that you can talk to it and it will have responses. However, the robot can only listen to and speak Japanese now.

There are different colors available and each of them represents different countries. Enjoy the picture and the video after the jump.
