Toshiba has announced its Dynabook TX/870LSFIFA World Cup laptop which is limited to 600 units. The notebook features a shining gold case and you can find a list of previous World Cup winners or host countries there.
The notebook is powered by a 1.66-GHz Intel Core Duo T2300 CPU, 512MB of memory (Max 2GB). It has also a 15.4-inch WXGA display with Clear SuperView, 80GB hard drive, and a DVD Super Multi drive (DVD+/-R DL), 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi, 4-in-1 memory card reader, USB 2.0 ports and FireWire port.
It will come with Windows XP Home and go on sale May 26th in Japan and priced at about $1,730 USD.
