JVC brings a new hard disk drive-based Full HD camcorder, the HD Everio GZ-HD520 with 120GB HDD that is enough for storing up to 50 hours of Full HD video recording. The HD20 features KONICA MINOLTA HD LENS lens with 40x optical zoom in HD and 70x dynamic zoom in SD, and a 1.5 Megapixel CMOS sensor. It records 1920x1080p Full HD video with 24Mbps high bit rate in AVCHD format
The HD Everio GZ-HD520 includes advanced image stabilizer, Time-lapse REC function, face detection functions and Super LoLux technology for superior low light performance as well. It offers a 2.7-inch LCD display and Full HD output via HDMI and one-touch upload to YouTube. In addition to internal hard drive, the GZ-HD520 also recors to microSD/SDHC memory card.
The JVC HD Everio GZ-HD520 will be shipped in February for $549.95 and is now available for pre-order at B&H.
