The newly announced Archos 70 is a 7-inch internet tablet running Android 2.2 Froyo OS. The device, like the Archos 101, sports a 1GHz Cortex A8 processor and a graphics accelerator. It is available with either 8GB flash drive or 250GB hard drive, and there is a microSD/SDHC card slot for expansion. The tablet has a 7-inch 800×480 capacitive touchscreen.
The Archos 70 supports Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and WiFi 802.11b/g/n and offers USB Host port and HDMI output. It also has a front VGA camera, microphone, built-in speaker, built-in leg stand and G-sensor.
Archos 70 8GB model is priced at $274.99 and the 250GB version costs $349.99.
