NEC introduces in Japan three new notebook PCs, including the LaVie C, LaVie N and LaVie L. The LaVie C is a desktop replacement laptop powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.4GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS with 256MB RAM, and a 320GB hard drive. You can also expect a Blu-ray or DVD drive and a 16-inch display. The LaVie C supports WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, and trackpad gesture control.
NEC’s LaVie N is a 13.3-inch laptop based on AMD Athlon X2 QL-62 processor. It has 2GB of memory and a DVD burner. It has a 5×15 LED display showing you messages.
Finally, the 15.5-inch LaVie L sports a Core 2 Duo P8600 2.4GHz processor, 3/4GB of RAM and built-in GMA 4500MHD video chipset. It comes with a 320GB hard drive and either a Blu-ray or DVD optical drive.
