T-Mobile is launching the Huawei Prism II smartphone for budget-minded consumers. Replacing the original Prism, the new model packs a faster processor and comes with newer Android version. It sports a 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM, and it gets Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system with Swype keyboard pre-loaded.
The Prism II comes with a 3.5-inch 480×320 touchscreen and a 3.2 Megapixel camera, same as its predecessor. It works on T-Mobile’s 3G mobile network and supports Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi connectivity. 4GB onboard storage is available and a microSD card slot can be used for expansion.
Huawei’s new handset will be available for $116.
