Huawei has quietly introduced the MediaPad 7 Vogue 7-inch tablet that is also capable of making phone calls. The Chinese company also tries to convince you that putting a tablet to your ear for phone calls can be fashionable, as you can see in the picture below. The device gets a silver metal unibody and measures 9.5mm thick at 335g in weight.
The Vogue is powered by Huawei’s own K3V2 Cortex A9 1.2Ghz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.1 with Emotion UI 1.5. The 7-inch IPS LCD touchscreen has 1024×600 resolution. There are two cameras, a 3 Megapixel on the back and a 0.3 Megapixel above the screen. You can find Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi, GPS/AGPS connectivity as well as support for dual-band DC-HSPA+ 3G and quad-band GSM/EDGE mobile networks.
The new MediaPad comes with 8GB of onboard storage and has a microSD card slot.
