You may have heard of the brand Archos because of its affordable media players and Android tablets. The company is entering the smartphone market and will launch three smartphones in coming months, as reported by Hi-Tech@Mail.ru. It looks like Archos is borrowing design ideas from Samsung’s Galaxy line.

Archos 48 Platinum
Firsr of all, the 48 Platinum is the flagship model with a 4.9-inch 1280×800 IPS touchscreen display. While it looks just like Samsung’s Galaxy S III, it is powered by a less poweful MediaTek MT6589 1.7Ghz quad-core processor. It runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The handset is affordable at Euro 249.
The Archos 52 Titanium is a bigger device with a design similar to Galaxy Note II. It has a large 5.2-inch 480×800 display
