QNAP’s newly launched TS-x69 Pro and TS-x69L Series Turbo NAS systems are not just storage devices, but also your media center. Thanks to pre-loaded XBMC media center software and HDMI output, QNAP’s new NAS servers can double as the hub for your media files.
With TS-x69 Pro and TS-x69L Series NAS servers, you can enjoy all your media on a HDTV. Simply connect the server to a HDTV via HDMI port, and then you can watch your movies, videos, listen to songs and view photos directly on your HDTV. With DLNA support, they can also do wireless media streaming to compatible devices. QNAP’s TS-x69 servers are powered by Intel’s Atom dual-core 2.13GHz processor and 1GB of RAM (max 3GB). They support SATA II 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch hard drives or SSDs, and provide two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two USB 3.0 ports, five USB 2.0 ports and two eSATA connectors.
Business users will also find QNAP’s new Turbo NAS useful, thanks to their support for iSCSI (IP SAN), server virtualization and clustering (VMware, Citrix, Windows Server Hyper V), RAID, Online RAID, and a range of backup solutions.
The TS-x69 Pro models will have LCD displays for showing status. Both series will come in 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 bay models with price starting from $479.
